I have tried this shampoo on a couple of occasions but I do find it is not strong enough to really remove the brassy tones. I like a purple shampoo to be really bold and have a toner effect, this doesn't. At this price point I should really notice a difference when I use it, but I don't.

I was pleasantly surprised with this shampoo, as I usually find Paul Mitchell shampoos very drying to my hair. Leaves my blonde highlighted hair bright, light and shiny!

I have dark blonde hair with highlights. I live in an area with hard water and I notice that my hair goes a brassy yellow colour. This shampoo has been successful in removing that brassy colour to some extent and I would thoroughly recommend this product. Another incentive to buy this product is that Paul Mitchell does not test on animals. The service I received was quick and efficient.

Wonderful Shampoo
This Paul Mitchell Platinum Blonde Shampoo gives an immediate effect just after one wash. My hair colour is bright copper and bleached and I use this shampoo to get rid of unwanted colour-fade. I am going for lighter colours in the future which requires more bleach and definitely I will keep using this shampoo. I also use the Forever Blonde conditioner which is a great combination to use with this shampoo. Do not regret one bit of buying these 2 products.
