Waste of money
Very disappointed with this item , it doesn’t do anything, even though I bought dark brown still you can hardly see anything when you put it on your eyebrow.

Easy to use but faint
I love the ease of application with the 3 bristles, but I find the pigment is quite faint. I know I ordered light brown - maybe I needed a darker brown… just feels like you need to go over it a few times to see any colour. I was using the Brow Zings brush/palette before which was more effective.

I have very sparse brows. Would kill for a pair of hairy catterpillars I could shape! ;) Having used an eyebrow pencil for years whose waxy texture just seemed to pull even more brow hairs out with each use, I decided enough was enough and it was time to try something else before all the hair was gone! I think I saw a micro blading pen by an influencer on the socials and thought it looked pretty great, and tried to find one for myself. I wasnt sure which colour to choose in the Benefit brow pens range but chose the lightest blond - as I’m quite fair but not an actual blond myself. When the pen arrived I tried it on my hand - could barely see the product and I felt annoyed that I had bought the wrong colour. Anyway, it seemed to dry quickly and lasted, so the next day, tried it on my brows. I didn’t use any product on my brows before applying (as another reviewer had said it wouldn't go on if this was the case) a few strokes and I could see that the colour match was absolutely fine! Goes on very easily, and can be built up. I was so impressed! Love how this feels on, no dragging, no pulling, can get a really good shape. Once on, cant feel it at all! Not like the waxy pencils! Ive been swimming with it on and it stays on very well. I’ll definitely be keeping to eyebrow pens from now on! I just love it! Wish i’d found it sooner! My only gripe is my technique needs a bit of work to get the right look, that’s on me! Also I have a scar in one brow that it just will not cover. I may be tempted to buy a slightly darker colour to see if that covers a little better on the scar. It’s definitely made me think about getting my brows micro-bladed in the future!

Colour is far too light I'm afraid
I'm a 40 year old woman who had the tiniest, thinnest eyebrows possible as a teenager (it was the fashion back in the 90s, we all did it). My friends' eyebrows grew back but mine never did :( I've used Benefit for my brows for years and thought I would try this as I like the idea of being able to 'draw' tiny hairs where the gaps are in my brows. Sadly, the colour is far, far too light. I have light brown brows and I should have got the darkest shade instead of light brown. I found it reasonably easy to apply, but had to take it off as it just didn't look right. Go darker than your natural shade!

Rubbish
Really pale. I don’t mean the colour it’s translucent. Won’t go over any foundation you already have on. I tried drawing on my hand with it and it coloured like an old get tip pen thats had the lid left off. You can feel it’s not dry but there’s just no pigment in it. Utter rubbish.

love this to give a microbladed look, the strokes aren't too far apart so definitely looks natural but doesn't leave much room for error and quite awkward to use to get the angle right.

My eyebrows don’t grow and I’ve tried so many potions and lotions as well as micro blading and so much more! This pen makes my eyebrows look so much better and thicker!! I would liked to have a darker colour as the darkest isn’t as dark as I hoped, but you can build it up! Definitely recommend.

Not smudge proof
Not a fan of this. Trying to grow my brows back thicker after letting a Brow happy professional loose and thought this was help between dyes but it just smudges or wipes off after moisturising. May be I'm using it wrong but it won't be on shopping list again.
