Long-lasting and precise
I absolutely love this product, however, I would prefer more cool toned or neutral shades. Even though I ordered the shade 4.5 which is described as a neutral brown shade, it is still noticeably warm. However, I still find a way to make it work, just use a lighter hand, don't apply too much and it blends in perfectly.

I purchased this after loving the brow pencil and gel, but this is just an ok product compared to them. The applicator is nice and easy to use, but despite ordering a dark colour the pigment is lacking and the more you layer the less natural it looks. Will stick to the pencil for future purchases I think!

Ngl, I really don’t like it 😩 I LOVED the old microfilling brow pen! I find this one is to soft and therefor difficult to control, dries up quickly so I’m forever having to shake it (which I know you’re supposed to with this particular one, never the less, it’s slightly annoying) I just feel if it’s not broke, why fix it? Not for me at alllll. I’ve had to hunt online for the last of the stock of the original brow pen. I’d definitely not repurchase sadly. Hoping they bring back the old one.

Great product, but takes some getting used too - it isn’t as easy as you’d think as there’s a knack to it, I mean drawing/testing it in your hand looks great and so easy but on your face is a whole different thing! You have to be so light handed and I find drawing it at an angle works much better for me.

Looks natural but hard to apply
I had high hopes for this brow pen from Benefit. I got shade 3.5 and I love the colour it’s actually perfect. I’m just not loving the application, you have to hold it at the right angle to work properly. It does make things quicker but it looks messy. I think I’d stick to a single tip for precision.
