Fab for aching muscles
A cupful of these in the bath really helped my sore muscles after a workout at the gym, I combined with Westlab magnesium flakes and found that to be really beneficial.

Staple
I don’t know how many bags I went through. I use this when I take bath and put good 3 handful scoops in it. It keep my bod warm to the core even after I’m out of bath. Also a must have for post-workout for me.
