I have been using this collagen powder for over a year. I like the taste and the fact the powder mixes without leaving a lump. If you new to taking these the trick is to empty the powder into a dry glass and the. Add water slowly and round the glass first and then top up in the middle until you have the desired amount of water. I have been taking three sachets daily. I have noticed an improvement to my hair, skin and nails.

I love a lot of Vida Glow's products and use many of them daily. The collagen powder has become a daily must. I can really feel it tightening/firming up parts of of skin - particularly in my cheeks and under my eyes when I smile etc. The collagen can take a couple of minutes to fully dissolve but that's hardly an issue. The mango flavour is pretty good as well.
