Not for me.
I have fine, curly hair and thought this might help with definition and also help to make my hair look less course/dry. It didn't. Even though it's considered to be 'light', my hair felt weighed down and looked it, too. I tried it a couple of times, using different amounts each time but it just doesn't work for me. Saying that, it could work well for people with thicker hair if they need something light.
