Not what it says on the tin
Had great expectations when I bought this product along with the conditioner but I don't feel it does what it says on the tin and really think I got better thickening results from the Dumb Blonde range. It does smell nice and my hair was reasonably volumized after using but not the 'massive volume' I was lead to believe it could create. Will not order again but will continue to buy Tigi Bed Head as on the whole, very good products.

Surprising
Works very well. I have thick straight hair that always seemed to be weighed down. I like to curl my hair and combined with this shampoo it gives it a really nice amount of volume and body to the hair while still being manageable (not a tangled mess). Some people might find the smell a little too sweet (reminds me of pink lemonade or sherbert). It loses a star because hair doesn't feel completely clean when drying and so I wouldn't use this as my 'normal' shampoo but on certain days (e.g. before events).
