Peels like a film layer
1I bought this as a dupe for the SkinCeuticals BA serum however it has caused problems when using it before applying make up which is extremely frustrating. Even if I apply thin layers of my skincare products and give them time to absorb, my skin ‘pills’ and starts to ‘rub off’ when I apply make up so I have to wash my face and do my skincare again without the serum and therefore losing an essential hydration component. I’ve tried many ways to make this work but it’s just causing more harm than good.

One could even dream of getting bangs...
5After over a decade of trying anything and everything to sort out my oily skin I think I may have just found the solution... I’ve suffered from a massive overproduction of sebum in my t zone since adolescence, and have has the zits to match. Nothing has worked quite like this serum... I’ve used this in tandem with my usual benzoyl peroxide gel for a month or so now and it’s honestly incredible. My skin just doesn’t get oily like it used to! And the zits have been fading away. I could maybe even consider getting a fringe! I have combination skin, but use it over my whole face then compensate with a gentle moisturiser in the drier parts of my face. It’s transformed my face like no other cleanser/serum/etc has. Highly recommend for people with skin like mine!

4I'm happy with this but could do with it being just a little more moisturising. It does leave my skin soft after use but sometimes a little tight. Very good price for quite a lot of product though.

Fuller, plumper, I drink 8 glasses of water a day serum!
5This serum is great. After I’ve used it for a week I have plumper skin which seems to have more elasticity. It has a totally inoffensive scent and it can be worn in combination with other products from this brand. My only gripe is that the serum isn’t “buildable” aka DO NOT put more than the recommended amount on otherwise your face will be a sticky, clumpy mess.

5This is such a good serum! Especially for the price. I layer this before my moisturiser and my skin feels extremely soft.
