These are great product I have noticed change in my abdominal as I am trying to get a flatter belly. I do try & make effort to wear the belt 4 times a week when I go out for long walk.l haven’t achieved the result I had in mind as yet though I will be using this for as long as it takes, it is difficult in my house as others eat what they want & it doesn’t matter the same to them fitness goals. I wish to have a good figure & will continue to try & gain the goals thou my eating isn’t always proper timing, I do know I need to make changes for this to have total effectiveness.
