I use liquid eyeliner everyday, I have used a fair few over the years. I recently tried one which is a newish brand and came in a set and was disappointed as it bled. Never had that problem with any of the eyeliners I have used before. Anyhow, I have tried this one and it’s great! Rimmel was my favourite for years and looks like it will be again. Easy to apply, good dark black colour. Doesn’t smudge. Recommend!
