My no.1 go to shampoo
I have naturally wavy hair which is quite corse in texture but I get the best results with this shampoo! Paired with the Redken All Soft Intense Conditioning Treament (the one in the gold pot) - it blow dries super shiny when i wear it straight and gives i nice finish when I scrunch into curls and leave to air dry. With other shampoos my hair would get greasy quite quickly but with this i only need to wash my hair 2-3 times a week. Highly recommend!

Not bad at all
Much prefer the shampoo over the conditioner, I was suffering with dry itchy and flakey scalp as soon as one day after washing my hair, after trying a few different shampoos (avoiding drugstore brands and dreading the thought of having to use T-gel on my hair!), this seems to have done the trick, I can still notice a small amount of dry skin around my hairline but nothing compared to what it was and hardly an itch in sight! Very happy. Didn't get 5 stars because not having a "normal" conditioner to pair it with is a let down. Sorry Redken.

I was looking for a range I can use to enhance my blow dries at the weekend for a salon feel. I love this, but I would not recommend for use without blow drying your hair. It only works well with a dryer. I also love the oil and will contine to use!

I’m been using Redken for a long time, switching between All Soft and Extend and love them all. I bought this Shampoo and Conditioner duo and can’t use either. It makes my head feel itchy, tight and greasy! The product feels strange when applying, it hardly lathers and leaves your hair difficult to comb. I emailed Lookfantastic and received an email to say I would need evidence to be able to return it. Not very happy all around.

Not as good as it looks
I buy lots of Redken products and never had a problem, first time for this. It has a lovely smell and really gives a lovely lather.. but that's about it. I have long fine hair, even after using the matching conditioner my hair is very tangled and dry and I don't see any sort of glow (that's using 3 of their matching products) - I've stopped using it.
