- When to Use: Blur Primer can be applied under foundation to maximise radiance or worn alone to create a perfected canvas.
- Recommended Amount: Apply one pump on the back of the hand.
- Application: With a foundation brush or clean fingers, apply with gentle sweeping motions from the centre of the face outward. Leave to melt into skin for 10 seconds before applying foundation, if desired.

I’ve never really been a primer user, as I’ve never found one that I felt made any difference. However, this one is so smooth without clogging pores and gives a filter effect when make up is on top.
