When to Use: Blur Primer can be applied under foundation to maximise radiance or worn alone to create a perfected canvas.
Recommended Amount: Apply one pump on the back of the hand.
Application: With a foundation brush or clean fingers, apply with gentle sweeping motions from the centre of the face outward. Leave to melt into skin for 10 seconds before applying foundation, if desired.

The best primer

Unlike cream primers, this settles on my skin and doesn't drag moisturiser off underneath it. Silky finish, I give it a couple of mins to soak in and then apply foundation.
