Powered by light-reflecting pearls, the Yves Saint Laurent NU Glow in Balm forms part of the brand’s skincare-makeup hybrid collection, designed to enhance your skin, without masking its natural beauty.
The multipurpose balm works as an illuminating make-up base, light-coverage skin tint or a concentrated highlighter, creating an incandescent glow. Offering up to 24 hours of hydration, the formula is enriched with a potent blend of 7% plant-based glycerin, natural origin shea butter and geranium rosat derived from the YSL Ourika Community Gardens. The high-performance highlighter helps to moisturise and nourish the skin, while delivering a lit-from-within-glow.
Apply targeted or full face. For all skin types. Can be applied under foundation to maximise radiance or worn alone to create a perfected canvas.

Was expecting more
Honestly I was really disappointed with this product. The smell is very cheap, literally like a vaseline scent and to be honest I feel like that's all I'm putting on my face. I don't see any illuminating effect and under make up this doesn't sit well, it feels quite tacky for a while and leaves foundation patchy. The only plus side i can give is easy application and would probably last a couple of months as a little does go a long way.

It's a perfectly good primer. My skin is normal/dry and I definitely need to moisturise well before use so am not convinced by any hydration claims. That said, it is easily applied and absorbed so fit for purpose. Not the best, but far superior to many.

Amazing balm, not sticky and absorbs well into the skin. You need to leave it on a few minutes before applying next product. I use primer for pores on top of this. This is the first time I’ve bought this balm, I will be buying more when it runs out for sure.
