The brand’s signature triple-film complex is at the heart of the formula; with a coating film for intensity, a conditioning film for curve and a fixing film for long-lasting results. In addition, a potent blend of four silky-smooth oils work to strengthen each lash to improve elasticity and reduce breakage. The innovative nylon brush utilises fibres of varying diameters to create intense fullness and definition for a fluttery, eye-catching finish.

Start at the centre of the lashes and then apply to the inner and outer lashes. Make up the other eye the same way without dipping the brush a second time. In order to optimise the application of this mascara, Yves Saint Laurent advise you to clean the brush with a dry tissue once a week.

No staying power

This mascar used to be amazing but it just doesn’t seem to have the staying power now. It’s quite smudgy after a couple of hours and is a nightmare to take off.

Reliably waterproof

Stays on for 24hrs and adds some extra bounce to my lashes but it’s not thick and doesn’t add as much volume as others. I love it as it’s a more natural every day mascara but it’s not dramatic.

Best waterproof mascara

I’ve tried so many waterproof mascara’s but this is the best I’ve found and hence I keep buying it. The brush is small so I find it easy to apply exactly where I want it without it getting on my eyelids. It lasts all day and doesn’t smudge or flake. Needs to be taken off with a decent waterproof eye make up remover

I've been looking for a waterproof mascara that doesn't create panda eyes throughout the day and this is it! It says put without feeling heavy and creates gorgeous natural long lashes. Was worried about removing due to reviews but I had no issues at all. I used a standard waterproof eye make up remover and had no problems. Marked down one star as the wand carries a lot of product and so you have to remove some before applying which is a bit annoying

Ruins lashes

If you continue to use this product you wouldn’t need a mascara as you’d have no lashes left. The most difficult mascara to remove and that’s with expensive waterproof remover. Took 5 eyelashes off in one removal. Would never buy this again.

Ive had this mascara as my go to for years but lately I have found that it hardly lasts 3 months use so is expensive to keep up and I know it’s waterproof but it is a nightmare to remove! If any residue stays then I get Panda eyes and clumps, going to try a new brand.
