Don't think it works
I haven't seen any difference in my lashes or brows. To be honest, I wouldn't even mind that, just having one product to be used on both brows and lashes would be a selling point for me, but I find the formula too runny for eyelashes. It does work OK as a setting mascara for brows (although mine are not particularly unruly).
