Dissolve salts in a bath of 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes.

This bath salt is absolutely amazing. I suffer from very bad eczema (very dry skin). And I've had it on my hands for the past 2 months, I tried so many creams and medicines to make it go away and nothing worked. I decided to buy the salts since I enjoy takin bath (not expecting it to do anything). I took a 20 minute bath as suggested and when I got out my hands were so much better.
