Unrefined and cleaned without the use of harsh chemicals or bleaching agents.
Dissolve salts in a bath of 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes.

As a long time eczema sufferer I've discovered this is genuinely lovely to my skin. It receives itchiness and I also feel nice and clean after. I'm sure everyone has different things that work and don't work for their skin, so it may not be for everyone.
