A semi-permanent colour with Silver Enhancing Technology, Wella Color Fresh Light Pearl Ash Blonde 8.81 refines grey/white hair. It’s UV protection formulation helps prevent unwanted yellow tones for a fabulous colour result and intensive shine.
Wella Color Fresh Light Pearl Ash Blonde 8.81, which lasts up to 6 washes, helps you achieve gentle colour effects, refresh your permanent colour and level out uneven tones. With no ammonia or peroxide Color Fresh is gentle on your hair; it washes out evenly and completely and may be used directly after perming.
Directions of use:
- Wearing suitable gloves apply colour directly from the bottle.
- Apply colour evenly to your hair, working through lengths and ends to ensure even distribution.
- Comb through.
- Depending on the condition and desired colour intensity leave to develop for 5-20 minutes.
- A more intense colour result may be achieved with added heat and by increasing the development time.
- After development, emulsify with warm water and then rinse thoroughly.
- Style as usual.

Perfect toner for those wanting grey blonde hair!
Love Wella toners in general so thought I’d try this to brighten my blonde as it had went a bit yellowy. Did exactly as promised and left with a nice silver colour and didn’t dry out my hair at all!

Im letting my hair go grey. No more tinting. But the ends are a warm light blonde. I have spent a fortune on purple shampoos trying to tone the warmth out with no success. Best product to maintain your silver grey hair
I'm 26 and have bleached and then toned silver hair for more than a year now. This is the only product that maintains the silver colour that I have now ( and I went through at least 10 other brands). It's perfect when the colour starts to fade or if some of the brassiness/ yellow tones surfaces again. Make sure to respect the timing if you are not okay with rocking a bit of lilac/blue shade in your hair Love this product, wish it would come with a repairing mask for overly bleached hair though ;)

Great for blond hair
This is great, cut the yellow tones in blond bleached hair in minutes. But I recommend not to leave it more than 3 minutes instead of the 5-20 minutes as in the instructions sheet.

Great product
This product is so good I have just ordered some more. This is professional salon quality and lasts longer than other toners on the market. I have medium ash blonde hair and add my own highlights via cap and bleach. Home highlight kits no longer give you a toner. This product will correct both yellow brassiness in pale bleached hair and will also correct the coppery red tone if you did not leave the bleach in long enough. Easy. Also if you have any shade of ash tones and you find box ash tones fade as I did, this will help maintain the ash tone. This morning I just tried doing my own balayage highlights using a tint brush and bowl and Wella colour fresh gave me just the look I was after. Ladies don't be afraid to try your own balayage, it's a more natural highlight than the cap and hook method. It's easy but the trick is to just do a little at a time, doing several sessions over several weeks. Section your hair. That way it's easy to control where you place the bleach, without making a mess. Paint carefully. (There are some good youtube tutorials by hairdressers). Buy a pot of the bleach powder and a bottle of the developer, mix only as much as you need. Much cheaper than buying a whole highlight kit.
