So bad!
I was using this for 2 weeks. After a week of using, i got pain in my joints, especially in my knees. I have difficulty walking, sitting ... After 2 weeks, I stopped taking it and the condition abnormally improved within 3 days. These tablets didn't help me.

Supplement my life...
Wanted an extra supplement to go with the general multi vit I take daily. My diet is not fab so neither is my skin. Zinc I heard would help over time with my skin so that was my reason for purchase.
