Blended with Vichy Mineralizing Thermal Water, the makeup remover is incredibly nourishing and works to protect your lashes from harm throughout the day.
Apply using a cotton pad to eyelids and lashes. Pat lightly to help it soak into skin. Remove gently towards the outside of the lashes. Do not rinse off.

Takes off the heaviest eye make up
This is one of my go to eye make up removers. You need to shake it to combine the two liquids and I found that these type of eye make up removers work best. This will take off mascara / eye liner / eye shadow with a single cotton pad. Very gentle on the eyes, definitely one I recommend
