The limited-edition highlighter boasts a vegan formula, infused with extracts of genuine tourmaline. The silky soft powder glides onto the skin, creating a luxurious rose-gold glow with a holographic sparkle. Instantly illuminating the complexion, the versatile highlighting powder can be used on the cheekbones, face, and décolletage to create a crystal-skin effect. The formula can be applied lightly for a subtle daytime glow or built up to amplify the shine.
