My holy grail for 15 years!
I’ve been using this product for 15 years. I’ve tried cheaper ones along the way but always always go back to PP, it’s the jewel in Urban Decays crown. My eyeshadow honestly looks freshly applied even 12 hours later: I will never be without it.

Great primer
This primer is everything! I used to use concealer as my primer until I got fed up with creasing (due to the moisture) and decided to invest in a good primer and this is it! It is super lightweight so doesnt feel heavy on the eye and really makes my eyeshadow pop AND stay in place. I have quite dry lids and it doesn't cling or emphasise anything apart from the colour of shadow and honestly it makes shadows a dream to blend!
