Accentuate your eyes with the Urban Decay 24/7 Waterline Eye Pencil; a long-wearing eyeliner available in range of shades.
Expertly enhancing and defining eyes, the creamy, waterproof pencil glides on effortlessly without dragging to deliver high-pigmented colour with excellent stay-ability.
Cruelty free. Not tested on animals.
Free from mineral oil, paraffin and preservatives.
Start off by sharpening your pencil to a rounded point.
Lower waterline: Press the pencil gently against the lower lashes, working across with short, gentle strokes until you get the intensity you want.
Upper waterline: Look straight ahead and put the soft point of the pencil at the outer corner of your eye. With pressure toward the lashes, push your eyelid up slightly as you work your way across with slightly longer, gentle strokes.
Stop about three-quarters of the way between the outer and inner corner. Then start over at the inner corner, using the same technique until the two lines meet.

Rich colour with staying power
I bought this with full awareness that the reviews of this aren’t great. But I’ve been really pleasantly surprised. The pencil is really easy to apply. It glides on and it, it’s a really rich colour, and it stays for hours. Others have complained that sharpening it is a nightmare, so I was very cautious when it came to sharpening it for the first time. I sharpen it very slowly and very carefully, but honestly I’ve had no problem with it. The first time I sharpened it, I couldn’t get it to sharpen to a point, but I was fine with that. The second time it sharpened to a perfect point, so it’s honestly been fine for me. Other reviews have also said the pencil is really rough and harsh after it is sharpened, but again, that hasn’t been the case for me. I’ve been impressed with it.

I love it and I hate it
Really really comfortable for sensitive eyes but after one use it's gets rock hard and hurt so much. Have to sharpen again and again. Waisted 90% of it. Tip gets very hard after one use but the pencils very soft therefore breaks very easily. I bought 3 pencils but they last only 2month.

Not worth it
It smudges on the outer conrners of my eye very easily, it's difficult to sharpen. At least the pigmentation is good.

Dissapointed!
Considering this is advertised as a ‘long wearing eyeliner’ I was very dissapointed that after wearing it for only a few hours it had smudged under my eyes. I have worn it on another two occasions to test it in different temperatures and situations but I was still left with smudges under my eyes. An expensive eyeliner and an expensive mistake!
