Starting at outer corner of eye, draw a line to the middle of the lashline. Repeat from inner corner of eye, connecting to the first line. Create thin or thick lines to intensify the eye.

These eye pencil are incredibly creamy and smudgable for great smokey looks but quality is not consistent across shades. Also although they do dry to become longlasting eventually colour runs and smudges on undereye. Colour range is however impressive

This has a lovely consistency, like a normal eye pencil rather than gel. It’s got good pigment although the brown I bought has a touch of shimmer too. Seems to last a good few hours although I wouldn’t say it’s water proof.

The best eye liners
In my opinion no one does eye liners like Urban Decay! Not only are they easy to use, but they’re super pigmented and once they set (around 30 seconds or so) they do not go anywhere. These are my go to liners and have been for quite a few years now. Would highly recommend.
