Starting at outer corner of eye, draw a line to the middle of the lashline. Repeat from inner corner of eye, connecting to the first line. Create thin or thick lines to intensify the eye.

waterproof, not smudge proof
24/7 eye pencil is definitely waterproof, for me it stayed on trough the day, even in the rain! Only pencil that stays on the waterline. Best eye pencil I have ever used, only cons are that it smudges a bit in the corners of eye and its hard to take off, fortunately the smudge is not very bad, so i will buy this again.

Urband 24/7 eye pencil
This pencil in Underground has been my go-to eye pencil for years. It glides on smoothly and stays on all day. The colour is soft and is especially pretty on the lower lash line.

I just looooove this eye pencil! I live in sweden and haven´t found the brand here so I was very lucky to find it here. The great thing with this pen is that it doesn´t smear after a few hours. Looks great all day long! And I just love the soft glittery shade of the color. Me happy! :-)

I find this pencil very good. It's very soft and easy to handle. The color is a bit lighter then on the picture shown, but still very nice overall. I am satisfied!
