Hard, and hard to apply
I hated this lip balm so much. It’s difficult to apply, and you really have to rub it vigorously on your lips to feel anything. I was looking for a balm that hydrated my lips and gave me sun protection, preferably with a high SPF. It has a high SPF, but it’s so difficult to apply and leaves my lips feeling so dry I ended up tossing it.
