I had been using plastic disposable ones for months, and it's safe to say I'm very glad to have switched to this. 1) Sustainable, 2) Sharp, 3) Heavy - Gives a luxe feeling, 4) Comes with replacements and 5) Over-all less costly in the long-run. I've used the same blade twice now, and still got the same smooth finish as much as I did the first time. Highly recommend.
