Banish fallout with the Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eye Shadow Primer; a transparent eyelid primer that intensifies and locks down eyeshadows for up to 24 hours of crease-, fade- and waterproof wear. Formulated with unique binders that act as a shadow-gripping adhesive, the oil and humidity-resistant primer ensures makeup stay put on lids, whilst simultaneously neutralising any areas of discolouration. Presented in a tube with a needle-nose applicator for no-waste precise dispensing, the Shadow Insurance is an absolute game-changer for intricate makeup looks that last until you wipe them off.

Using your finger tip, gently apply a very thin layer to clean, dry lids (less is more!). The size of a raindrop covers both lids.

This is a nice primer but feels a bit greasy and in fact you need to shake it a bit to avoid separation when you squeeze a little bit out of the tube. It is smoothing and does its job (no crease, eyeshadow is more vibrant lasts longer etc) but the consistency does not feel right. It dries out to slightly pearlescent nude finish which is sheer so it does not cover discolouration
