I had a sample of this product first and didn’t really have high hopes but then……….. I noticed I did start sleeping better, less undisturbed than usual. I’ve never been a fan of lavender but the smell doesn’t bother me. In fact I think the smell to me now is relaxing as I know it’s time to try and catch up.
