I am 48 and been having trouble sleeping for months, I tried this and now couldn't live without it. I do droll eae up early but the waking up randomly at weird times has stopped so less broken sleep. I haven't finished the first bottle but have bought 2 more while on offer as I don't want to run out. It doesn't stain or make marks on the pillow or nake your hair geasy...would really recommend
