Smells lovely
Not necessarily sure that it actually gives you a deep sleep but it certainly relaxes the mind. Doesn't linger past 24 hours so needs to be reapplied nightly unfortunately.

I love this spray. I find it hard to get to sleep but with this I’m asleep so fast and I barely wake in the middle of the night (which is unusual such a light sleeper like me). If I do happen to wake in the middle of the night, another little spritz again and I’m off. I find this one more effective than the Sleep Plus.

It’s more expensive than ones I’ve bought before, but based on the reviews I hoped it would be worth it. As expected it does smell amazing, although the scent doesn’t seem to last very long. I think it’s lovely, but expensive, and so far I’m not sure I’d buy it again. I’ve given it 4 stars as it’s obviously very nice - it’d make a great gift - but I’m not 100% it’s for me.
