I have a lot of trouble getting to sleep and have found adding this sleep pillow spray to my routine really relaxes me, and use it every night now! The only thing I don't like is the mister, the mist is not as fine as I'd expect, however if I hold it up high enough it hits more of the pillow. Love this product!
