The Ordinary’s Retinol Serum 0.2% in Squalane is a water-free, multi-purpose solution formulated to reduce the appearance of pores, dark spots and fine lines, and improve the overall appearance of skin’s texture.
Enriched with a 0.2% concentration of the anti-ageing powerhouse retinol, which is a derivative of vitamin A, the lightweight serum delivers visible plumping and firming effects to your skin. Another key antioxidant ingredient, squalane, protects against UV damage and helps to minimise the risk of sun-induced age spots, leaving you with a more even-looking skin tone.

Been using this product for three weeks now, I’m seeing a slight change in my skin, definitely more of a glow but dark spots are SLOWLY fading, it’s not a quick process. I have sensitive skin and I use 3 small drops before I go sleep and my skin doesn’t react badly to it. Slow but steady progress.

Good retinol
I was a little worried to use retinol because I heard it is very strong but this didn’t irritate my skin at all and made me glow in the morning

Greasy
Bought this under recommendation as a good retinal product with a decent price point. So I was really disappointed to find out that is actually more like an oil than a serum. It makes my face so greasy and doesn't absorb at all, to the point I had to wash it all off after an hour as it still hadn't absorbed. I really don't think it's worth all the hype and will be going back to my previous retinal (Medik8) which was a million times better!
