I use this because I have an oily t zone, niacinamide helps to control oily skin and it truly does, my oily areas are less oily now. Its easy to use and if it feels sticky on you then you have put to much on, a common mistake which I also made at first. If I stop using this my forehead and nose get realy oily again, not pleasant while trying to put on makeup.
