- Application: Saturate a cotton pad with the formula and sweep across the face and neck avoiding contact with the eyes.

Brilliant exfoliator
I love this product and have been using it for years. I use this most evenings after double cleansing. I have dry skin and used to need to exfoliate often but since using this I only need a separate exfoliator occasionally. I built up to this strength so may not be for you yet if you are new to glycolic acid. This bottle lasts me months and is such a good price

Amazing toner
It is really working well on my skin at least. At the moment my skin is purging from new acids I use on my skin, but I can already see the difference - my skin got brighter and more even, this toner works really well with Niacinamide for me. (It's really important to check 'The Ordinary' website to make sure you are not using this acid with the wrong products so you are not irritating your skin)

Overrated
So I’ve been getting Bacne and chest acne for 3 years now. On tiktok I’ve seen videos of apparently the ordinary glycolic acid works really well with body acne so I decided to purchase it and try it out. However a month later of trying it, I see no difference at all! This product is too overrated, this leaves my skin sticky which makes me feel very unclean even though I use this after I shower. Overall it’s too overrated. Does not with body acne.
