The Ordinary’s Exfoliating Toner is an award-winning formula that targets visible signs of ageing and dullness.
Powered by a 7% concentration of glycolic acid, the toner buffs away dead skin cells and impurities, encouraging a smooth, luminous look. Supported by Tasmanian pepperberry extract, the water-based treatment lends a soothing effect, suitable for all skin types. The appearance of textural irregularities and fine lines are diminished, and the skin tone is visibly balanced with continued use.
The versatile toner can also be applied to the scalp to help hydrate the skin and reduce the look of dryness.

I've been using this for a couple of months now, once or twice a week. No tingling for me, which is surprising on my forehead as I have seborrheic dermatitis there and around my hairline. This actually helps with that but I make sure to follow up with a heavily moisturising serum and cream (only use at night). I've also used it every-so-often around my chest area and under my arms which really helped with sweating during the hot weather. It would be great if TO could supply a spray pump that fits the bottle.
