The Ordinary’s 100% Plant-Derived Squalane is designed to lend your skin the hydration it deserves. Squalane – a saturated and stable hydrocarbon found naturally in the skin – is believed to have a very high emollience, making the solution an effective hydrator.
Suitable for all skin types, the formula works to leave complexions looking soft and supple. What’s more, it can even be applied to hair to support heat protection, add shine and minimise the potential risk of breakage.
Apply a few drops daily or as needed to entire face ideally after water-based treatments.

This is something you don't know you need until you have it. Fabulous little product I came across and now won't be without. Only need a small amount and in the morning your skin looks and feels healthy and super hydrated, I love it xx

Good but could not use it on face
Initially I bought this squalane to use on my face, but unfortunately it caused breakouts, no matter if I used it alone or mixed with moisturizer. So will be using for hands and body where it works great.

Lovely skin treat
I’m on my third bottle of this now. I put a few drops on my face after moisturiser at night and it leaves my skin so soft. Love it. My only criticism is that it only lasts 6 months from opening and I can’t use that much in 6 months! Maybe I’ll have to start using on my body too

Great product to use to hydrate the skin before moisturising. After regular use skin was more supple. Only need a few drops. It’s worth taking extra steps to use this hydrating plant squalane. Bottle is fairly small but last a little while.

Found a little goes a long way with this! It really helps your moisturizer sink in to the skin and last all day. Have seen improvement in my dryer patches. Only use a couple drops if your combination like me, can be oily if you overuse it.
