Smells AWFUL, but..
I have intensely highlighted hair with all the complaints to go with. I've been using various oils for years, trying to repair and make it feel smoother. I was in the market for a new oil and had been looking at a well known brands version of Argan Oil, but decided to pick this up instead - as I've been impressed by this brand's skin care and this was considerably cheaper. My first impression was this STINKS - reminding me of the smell of a barn or a stables or something. I don't know if this is generally what Argan Oil smells like, but this was not a good first impression. I used it on dry hair, it initially made my hair look wet (but not look oily?). Once brushed through, it sank in beautifully, the smell disappeared and left my hair feeling beautifully smooth and soft. The smell may certainly put some people off, but it does wear off and do the trick. I won't rule out ever buying a different oil, but it seems to be a good staple for my hair care.
