I’m 27 and wanted a reasonably priced retinol eye cream for fine line prevention. Texture of this is lovely, the dispenser allows you to only take what you need from the tube, and I don’t know the retinol % but it hasn’t irritated my eyes after first few uses which is a good sign for my sensitive skin
