So far i haven’t anything bad to say about this cleanser! I’m not keen on the little bits in it but I’m happy with it overall.

Not for me

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

I had high hopes for this after reading all the reviews. I'm perimenopausal so my skin is flaring up a lot and is getting angry and sore. Unfortunately this caused a massive reaction, rather than calm my skin. I gifted it to a friend, who loves it, but something in it really disagreed with my skin.

Love this cleansing balm!

Highly recommend this cleansing balm! I’ve tried most (Elemis, Clinique etc) and I always come back to this one. It’s affordable and one of my favourites.

Good cleansing balm

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

It's a nice cleansing balm that does its job. However, it leaves an oily residual on my face with needs more time to rinse it off. It's better to find other alternatives.

Moisturising cleansing balm

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is good for a moisturising cleansing balm, and I find myself quite reactive to lots of cleansers but didn't to this. It is better than the e45 wash I have been using, but still don't feel it gets rid of 100% of my make up. Especially not eye make up. On the whole, I am happy, but if I could use another cleanser I probably would afterwards to really feel like my face has been removed of dirt.

Disappointed

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

It has grainy bits in it, texture is very thick and unpleasant. Leaves heavy residue. Won’t be buying again :-/
