An award-winner and bestseller, The INKEY List Oat Cleansing Balm gently dissolves makeup, SPF, oil and impurities from the skin to reveal a soft and supple complexion. The rich cleansing balm is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, nourishing the natural protective barrier as it melts away the day.
A comforting cocktail of 3% oat kernel oil and 1% colloidal oatmeal visibly soothes redness and protects the skin’s moisture barrier in order to resist stripping or drying out the skin. Perfect as the first cleanser in your double cleanse routine, the cleansing balm also doubles as a shaving balm or ten-minute mask.

Leaves a greasy residue
As other reviews mentioned this leaves a greasy residue that doesn't come off properly without using another cleanser, and even then it caused me to break out. Definitely not for me!

Leaves a residue
I think this product is over-hyped. It does feel nice when you massage it into your skin, but when you come to remove it it just doesn't feel like it rinses well at all and leaves a film over your face. I've tried with water and with a clean flannel and it's the same for both removal methods. I've been using it as a first cleanser before the Cerave Foaming cleanser and it takes quite a lot of massaging of that one in to remove the film that the Oat Cleanser has left. You definitely couldn't use this as a stand alone cleanser. The marketing is correct in say that it isn't stripping or drying - but I think that is cause it isn't really cleaning. Would not buy again.

Holy grail make up remover
Love love love! Have left a review about this in the past and still my favourite make up remover. On the rare occasions I don't use it for a few days and try something else I breakout so will just stick to this from now on
