An award-winner and bestseller, The INKEY List Oat Cleansing Balm gently dissolves makeup, SPF, oil and impurities from the skin to reveal a soft and supple complexion. The rich cleansing balm is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, nourishing the natural protective barrier as it melts away the day.
A comforting cocktail of 3% oat kernel oil and 1% colloidal oatmeal visibly soothes redness and protects the skin’s moisture barrier in order to resist stripping or drying out the skin. Perfect as the first cleanser in your double cleanse routine, the cleansing balm also doubles as a shaving balm or ten-minute mask.

- When to Use: As the first step in your skincare routine.
- Recommended Amount: A coin-sized amount.
- Application: Gently massage a small amount of the cleaning balm onto a dampened face and neck. Add water, then rinse thoroughly. For an extra nourishment boost, leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
- Routine: Follow with The INKEY List Hyaluronic Acid as your first step after cleansing, then apply preferred treatments and moisturiser. Use SPF as the last step in your AM skincare routine.

Great first cleanse
I use this as a first cleanse. It’s excellent value. Wipe off with a damp flannel then follow with my lighter cleanser. I use this for heavier makeup removal or to cleanse before tretinoin as it’s rich. Really good value but you need to shake or squeeze to mix a bit before use if you’ll get a load of oil running out! I don’t add much water just sometimes slightly emulsify with wet fingers to work it in. Then wipe off. I highly recommend but not on eyes as I’ve seen some reviews mention. It says avoid the eye.

Really heavy
Really thick and heavy and needs a second cleanse with another product to remove rhe 'film' it leaves. It is great at removing eyelash glue though. Doesnt smell very nice

Lovely cleanser
This cleansing balm is great. It removes all types of make up with a simple wipe along dry skin. Paired with a hot flannel this is my go to as a first cleanse. The only issue is a lot gets left in the tube when you think it’s empty - so make sure to cut at the top when you think you’ve run out as you’ll find there is a few more applications there!
