- Moisturise any dry areas such as hands, elbows, knees and feet.
- Apply to the skin using a tanning mitt, sweeping from head to toe.
- Leave on for 1-4 hours depending on desired colour intensity.
- Leave on overnight for the deepest tan.
- Shower off the guide colour with warm water.

Love this tan
I’ve had this tan before and have bought in a lighter shade now it’s winter. The tan is amazing however I have realised I prefer to be browner so have given this to a friend. She loves it!

Patchy orangutan
Tried this for the first time, followed instructions with exfoliating 24 hours prior and moisturising elbows/knees etc. circle motioned and left for 3.5 hours then washed off, woke up to orange stripes, itchy skin and a lingering stale biscuit smell. Gutted as I read good things about this. Waste of money in my opinion but nvm
