Create a natural, buildable tan with the Tan-Luxe The Gradual Illuminating Tanning Lotion. The lightweight moisturiser features an oil/lotion hybrid formula, an innovation in tanning technology that allows the product to melt onto the skin and absorb easily. In just one hour the tan will begin to develop, creating a golden glow with a lit-from-within luminosity. The weightless, nourishing oil helps to smooth and condition the skin to create a primed canvas for even tanning.
The oil provides a natural looking tan that can be built to the desired intensity. Odourlite Fragrance Technology delivers a light floral fragrance, free from the traditional fake tan smell while the Moisture Balance Complex and Hydra-Tan Formula ensure that your skin is hydrated to banish patchiness and streaks. The easy-to-use oil applies just like your favourite moisturiser to build a gradual sun-kissed glow.

Apply to the skin as you would a normal body moisturiser, lightly covering hands, elbows and feet. Thoroughly wash hands after use. Develops over 2-4 hours. You can apply daily or as desired to build a tailor-made depth of colour.

Its been a while
It’s been pre-pandemic since I last fake tanned and felt like i’d forgot all the tricks, so though ‘i’ll try a basic’. This product needed no base prep in terms of scrubbing. Has a lovely milky texture, so a little goes a long way, is not sticky and has a lovely smell. I’ve done twice before bed time and woke up with a lovely light colour and so pleased with it.

Lovely gradual tan lotion
This works so well, it’s much lower maintenance than regular fake tan, which I love. It takes a few minutes to dry from being tacky, but that’s something I can look past. Plus it smells of raspberries which is so good!

I used The Gradual religiously. I’d say you look slightly golden in 2-3 applications. Doesn’t dry immediately, but isn’t too bad to say it’s a lotion. Main problem I had with this tan, is that it dried my skin out terribly.

I call myself a medium maintenance girly because I like to look nice but if it’s too much effort I won’t bother. This tan is absolutely amazing. Use a tanning mitt to apply and a little goes a long way! I can do my whole body in less than 5 minutes, it’s not patchy, gives the perfect light glow (I’m whiter than white) and my skin has never been softer!! You need to get this.

I’ve been on the lookout for a decent gradual trance since my favourite one was discontinued a couple of years ago. I’d had no luck until I bought this, this trumps on everything including my old favourite. I’ll be repurchasing this all the time now.

I bought this gradual tan based on the good reviews but I’m still unsure whether I like it.. it smells nice when applying but is a bit too runny so makes it messy, the colour is nice but I’m finding it doesn’t fade very evenly, I look patchy in some areas. Don’t think I’d repurchase for these reasons as it’s expensive too

Love it so much. Previous gradual tanners have been really creamy and took a while to dry on skin - but this is so watery, a little goes a long way & whilst it’s definitely a gradual tan you see a difference after one application (where as other gradual tans are so creamy and subtle they take me a few applications to see a difference). Have used multiple times before this review and not once has it faded patchy or scaley either. Just wish they did bigger bottle!

Beautiful natural glow
I’ve started using this instead of proper fake tan. This builds up to a beautiful natural tan and if you want a darker tan you can sleep overnight in it. Smells nice, doesn’t stain, isn’t sticky. Just make sure you wash your hands after applying. It also comes off with a gentle exfoliation. I usually wear it for a week and a half before scrubbing and reapplying. It’s made my tan routine so much more easy and quicker. Love it! Never going back to normal tan
