Create a natural, buildable tan with the Tan-Luxe The Gradual Illuminating Tanning Lotion. The lightweight moisturiser features an oil/lotion hybrid formula, an innovation in tanning technology that allows the product to melt onto the skin and absorb easily. In just one hour the tan will begin to develop, creating a golden glow with a lit-from-within luminosity. The weightless, nourishing oil helps to smooth and condition the skin to create a primed canvas for even tanning.
The oil provides a natural looking tan that can be built to the desired intensity. Odourlite Fragrance Technology delivers a light floral fragrance, free from the traditional fake tan smell while the Moisture Balance Complex and Hydra-Tan Formula ensure that your skin is hydrated to banish patchiness and streaks. The easy-to-use oil applies just like your favourite moisturiser to build a gradual sun-kissed glow.

Apply to the skin as you would a normal body moisturiser, lightly covering hands, elbows and feet. Thoroughly wash hands after use. Develops over 2-4 hours. You can apply daily or as desired to build a tailor-made depth of colour.

Lovely gradual tan that works and is very buildable
The cream feels like silk on the skin. It leaves a subtle but noticeable glow. Works well as a daily moisturiser for the body whilst building a subtle tan. Great for winter.

I've never really fake-tanned before and thought this would be a good way to get started and have a subtle, healthier glow as I am naturally quite pale. The lotion feels lovely and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy at all, and within 24hrs there's a noticeable tan that begins to form - so that all makes me very happy. But perhaps where I'm a bit of a novice with it or need to get used to using it a bit more, because if I applied 'too much' or for a few days in a row, my skin started to get a blue-ish sort of tint? It came off really easily in the shower with a sponge, but it wasn't something I was expecting haha! Since I've just been a bit more careful with how much I apply and where, and it's been fine since :)

My new favourite gradual tan
I'm a natural redhead with fair skin and I've tried so many different brands of gradual tan as I generally like to build up my colour over a day or two to make sure it's not too dark. This Tan-Luxe gradual tan is the nicest smelling, non-greasy, very moisturising and best buildable tan I've tried by far. Where other tans usually have minimal colour after the first application and then take a few more applications to build the colour, this one gives my skin a gorgeous sun-kissed glow after the first night of wearing it. I also love that it has a gorgeously subtle shimmer so it's lovely to put a little on if you're going out somewhere for a nice highlight to the skin. The bottle is a good size and a little goes a long way. I have sensitive skin and so far this hasn't caused any issues. I've now bought my second bottle. Highly recommend!
