I use it every evening and morning after cleaning my face. The water dries my skin so I was hoping to restore PH balance and feel the hydration with this toner. It does something, but the dryness still remains a little bit on the cheeks.

Excellent hydrating toner. I use it as a toner and refreshing mist during the day. My skin ( mature, sensitive with mild rosacea, oily and acne prone) is reacting badly for most toners.This one is natural and gentle, works perfectly for me. Very subtle rose sent and fades away very quickly. I can't be without. I highly recommend it.
