- While in the bath or shower, simply massage your body in circular motions, concentrating on elbows, knees and feet then rinse well.

Definitely wasn't too sure about this at 1st but then I tried and tested it and it really does make your skin feel soft and pro long my tan, it also seemed to even out my tan if I had any streaks and gave a nice glow. I would definitely recommend.
