- Unwind approx 15inches of floss.
- Wind most of the floss around both of your middle fingers, leaving only about 1 to 2 inches of floss for your teeth.
- Hold the floss taut with your thumbs and index fingers.
- Slide the floss gently between the gum and the tooth.
- The floss should be held firmly against the tooth and rub along the surface of the tooth with a gentle up and down movement and into a C shape under the gum.
- Follow this process for the remaining teeth.

My go to floss

Gentle on gums
Great Floss as it is more gentle on my gums than other flosses. Its rounded appearance is much nicer on my gums than most other flosses which are flat and dont feel as good. This floss is great and I will be continuing to use this over anything else.

Love this floss
I have been trying to whiten my teeth gently from home so I tried this dental floss. I love that it's made from recycled plastic and that the ingredients are toxin-free. The flavour is mild but refreshing and I feel it's really helped to aid in the whitening of my teeth. Love this product

Great product but poor packaging
This floss is great, fresh taste and so easy to use - makes flossing no longer a chore. The packaging however is poor and the metal ‘cutter’ keeps popping off the cardboard casing. It’s frustrating. If this problem was solved I would not hesitate to give 5 stars.
