Feel less tired during the day
This seems to be working for me. I fall asleep faster, even if I've had a nap in the afternoon, which I very rarely need to do now! I don't wake up as often as I used to and u definitely feel more awake during the day. I think its a bit hit and miss with vitamin supplements sometimes. We're all built differently and therefore react differently to supplements. But you've nothing to lose (except sleep during the day!) if you're like me and have been feeling tired during the day, possibly due to not getting good quality sleep.
